General Rental Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposit:
The booking becomes firm upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total rental amount. This deposit is non-refundable, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
Balance:
The balance (70% of the total) must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, the booking will be considered cancelled by the tenant and the deposit will remain due to the owner.
Cancellation by the owner:
In case of cancellation by the owner, all amounts already paid by the tenant will be refunded immediately.
Security deposit:
A deposit of €2,500 is required for standard stays (families, holidays). For event stays (weddings, filming, etc.), a deposit of €5,000 may be required. The deposit is refunded after inspection of the premises.
Capacity:
The villa is designed to host a maximum of 10 people. Any additional unauthorized guests may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
Use of the premises:
Tenants agree to respect neighborhood peace, not to organize unauthorized parties, and to maintain the property in good condition.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed, unless prior written agreement has been obtained.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Check-out: before 12:00 PM
